I'm a fully qualified personal trainer with over 5 years of experience. Having worked with dedicated and loyal clients out of a number of gyms and studios across Melbourne. I've developed individual weight loss, strengthening and toning programs and love to see clients getting the results. My approach is to always individually tailor training to suit each and every client’s needs.

My expertise covers a broad range of training options, in individual or group sessions, including:
• Weight work (predominately free weights)
• Cardio (machines and boxing)
• Rehabilitation (strengthening, toning and stretching)
• Circuit training
• Individually focused training programs

I'm currently based at Fit ‘n’ Fast (a brand new gym in South Yarra).
